Marshmallow & Bar-One Bananas
Slice each banana open lengthwise along the inside curve, keeping the bottom skin intact to form a pocket. Stuff the opening with sliced Bar-One pieces and mini marshmallows.
Wrap the bottom half of the bananas in foil (leaving the top open) and place upright on the grid over the remaining low, residual coals for 10–15 minutes until the skin turns black and the inside is melted.
