Beer-Marinated T-Bone

Lager helps tenderise these massive cuts before they hit a scorching fire.

 330 ml Castle Lager or 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp steak & chops spice or 1 tsp salt
 2 Large T-Bone steaks

Marinate the steaks in the beer for 2 hours. Wipe them dry, rub with oil and your spices.

Get your fire blazing hot and flash-braai them to lock in the juices.

Braai on an intense, high heat
