60 ml Amarula cream or 30 ml melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar or 1 vanilla ice cream
4 ripe yellow peaches

Place peaches cut-side down on grid.

Once charred, flip and brush with butter/sugar mix.

Add Amarula before removing.
