Peppermint Crisp Ice Cream Cake

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of crunchy Tennis biscuits, velvety caramel cream, and iconic Peppermint Crisp chocolate. This frozen treat is the perfect way to cool down after a summer braai.

 2 of Tennis biscuits or 1 (360g) Nestlé Caramel Treat
 500 ml fresh cream or 2 (49g each) Peppermint Crisp chocolate (grated).
 1 Caramel Treat
 2 Peppermint crisps

Whip the fresh cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the Caramel Treat until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream and half the grated chocolate.

Line the base of a square dish with a layer of Tennis biscuits, spread a third of the cream mixture over them, and repeat the layers, ending with the cream mixture. Top generously with the remaining grated Peppermint Crisp.

No cooking required. Place the assembled dish directly into the freezer for at least 4 hours to set firmly. Slice and serve cold as a refreshing dessert on hot summer braai days.
