Brown Onion Gravy Wors

 500 g boerewors
 1 brown onion soup mix
 1 tsp oil
 400 ml water
1

Fry the onion in a small potjie. Mix the soup with water and add it to the pot. Braai the boerewors on the grid next to it, then chop it up and slide it into the bubbling gravy.

Braai on a medium heat
