A clever way to stretch boerewors into a bite-sized, glaze-brushed starter.
500 g Traditional boerewors or 3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard or 1 12 skewers
2 tbsp Honey

Slice the raw boerewors into bite-sized chunks and alternate on skewers with pepper pieces. Whisk honey and mustard, then paint the skewers while braaing over medium-hot coals.
