1 kg thick-cut rump steak
1 cup Mrs. Ball's chutney
1 cup Coca-Cola
2 tbsp Worcester sauce

Marinate the rump in the chutney, cola, and Worcester sauce mixture for 2–4 hours. Bring to room temperature before cooking.

Remove from marinade and dry slightly. Place on exceptionally hot coals. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
