Spicy Lamb Potjie with Baby Potatoes

 1.50 kg lamb neck/shanks
 baby potatoes
 onions
 carrots
 mild curry powder
 coriander
 lamb stock

Sauté onions and spices in the potjie. Brown the lamb. Add stock, cover, and let simmer slowly for 2 hours without stirring. Layer potatoes and carrots on top. Keep coals minimal underneath. Simmer for a final 45 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the meat falls away from the bone.
