Whole deveined tiger prawns

Melt butter with lots of garlic and parsley. Toss the prawns in half of the mixture. Arrange prawns inside a closed flat grid. Braai over very hot coals for 3 minutes per side until the shells turn bright pink. Pour the remaining warm garlic butter over right before serving.
