1 kg beef potjie pieces
500 g sliced mushrooms
200 g moist biltong slices
250 ml fresh cream
1 packet mushroom soup powder
beef stock.

Brown the beef pieces in a hot potjie with oil. Add beef stock, cover, and simmer low for 1.5 hours. Add mushrooms and biltong. Mix soup powder with cream and pour over. Simmer uncovered for another 30 minutes over low coals until the sauce thickens into a rich gravy.
