1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup onion, finely chopped
⅓ cup lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup water
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole shallot, finely chopped
4 large mushrooms
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp liquid pectin
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp cinnamon
Blend the ingredients

Place all the ingredients into a blender and process on high until completely smooth.
Simmering the Marinade
