Butter the outside of the sourdough. Layer a mix of cheddar and crumbled blue cheese, then top with sliced preserved figs. Secure in a grid and cook over low coals. The blue cheese melts faster than standard cheddar, so turn frequently to prevent scorching the sourdough.
