Monkey Gland Glazed Sirloin

 Sirloin steaks
 store-bought or homemade monkey gland sauce (tomato sauce
 chutney
 Worcester sauce
 vinegar
 chopped onion)

Season steaks simply with salt and oil. Braai steaks over high heat for 3 minutes per side. Pour warmed monkey gland sauce generously over the steaks just as they come off the fire, allowing them to rest in the sauce.
