Soy & Ginger Pork Belly Rashers

 Thick pork belly rashers
 soy sauce
 grated ginger
 minced garlic
 honey
 sesame oil

Mix soy, ginger, garlic, honey, and sesame oil. Marinate rashers for 1 hour. Place rashers over medium coals. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning often to render the fat completely. Baste with the remaining glaze only in the last 5 minutes so the honey doesn't burn.
