Whisk the apricot jam, Worcester sauce, vinegar, and garlic together to create a baste. Season the chuck heavily with braai spice. Place chuck over hot coals. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side, brushing generously with the sticky apricot glaze during the final 2 minutes of cooking to prevent burning.
