400 g Halloumi cheese block or 100 ml sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves or 12 wooden skewers
3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce

Soak your skewers first so they don't catch fire.

Cube the cheese, skewer them up, and brown them quickly over hot coals.
