½ cup sweet chilli sauce or 100 g smooth cream cheese

Mix the sweet chilli sauce and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth.

Place the bare mielies directly onto a medium-hot braai grid. Cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly until the corn kernels are charred and bright yellow.

Remove from the fire and immediately slather the warm corn with the sweet chilli cream cheese mixture before serving.
