Balsamic Fig Skewers

Fresh figs grilled quickly to intensify their natural sugars, finished with glaze.

 50 ml balsamic glaze or 1 tbsp honey
 1 rosemary or 8 whole
 Figs
 3 tbsp Honey

Thread fig halves onto skewers. Whisk balsamic glaze and honey, brush it onto the fruits, and grill them flesh-side down on hot braai for just 2 minutes until caramelised.
