A baked layer dish that transforms standard pap into a decadent, creamy side.
500 g Cooked stiff pap or 1 can tomato & onion relish
200 g grated cheddar or 250 ml fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
250 ml Fresh cream
1 can tomato & onion relish

Layer the cooked pap, tomato relish, and cheese in an aluminium dish. Pour the fresh cream over everything. Put it on the braai grid with the lid closed until bubbling and golden.
