- 6 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Throw all the ingredients into a pot and bring it to a lekker boil. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sugar melts away and the sauce thickens a bit.
